The hotel is a good compromise between price and quality. It is close to San Gimignano and not far from Firenze and Siena. The parking lot is free.
The room's walls were dirty and need to be refreshed. The food for breakfast was not fresh. All the buildings seamed to be a bit not well kept.

We chose this hotel because of excellent location... Ideal position to explore Tuscany... San Gimignano, Monterrigoni, Siena, Florence, the Chianti region ... everything is in the corner :))) Good value for the price, friendly staff, especially Ms. Who wearing glasses at the reception... Thank you very much.
Male part of the team was not satisfied with breakfast... Biscuits, jam, cereal is not their choice. Also, the shower in the bathroom is not fenced, so after a shower the whole bathroom was wet. However, this hotel provides good value for the price.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness was impeccable, with both the room and bathroom being spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering a good breakfast and a very good heating system. The location was perfect for exploring the Tuscan region by car. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing, all great.

Cleanliness of the room; have car-parking facility
Breakfast (included in room rates) was poor; service staff (ignorant) not able to offer any advice or information for tourists. Not value for money compared to same level of comfort elsewhere in Europe

Noisy, unconvenient (especially bathroom), smoke of cigarets can be felt

We found the staff to be very accommodating and the breakfast was quite good. the hotel also had spacious rooms, allowing us to securely store our bikes. the double glass windows and rolling shutters ensured a peaceful night's sleep.
the carpet in the hotel was stained and the TV lacked channels.

Spent Christmas holidays exploring Tuscan region with the family. the hotel had a great value for money. the breakfast was worth it with generous portions and variety. the location was perfect for day trips by car to nearby towns. We liked having a secure place to park our car. the heating system worked efficiently. the double glass windows and rolling shutters made the room very cozy.
The hotel was old with some areas in need of refurbishment. the carpet had some stains, and the TV had no channels.
